HAUL-OFFS FOR SOLID-WALL PIPE: P SERIES

  1. Independently driven caterpillars using vector motors. They allow a constant pulling power. Furthermore, they reduce energy waste and the number of moving parts subject to maintenance.

  2. Long caterpillar contact length assures a good grip on the pipe and provides considerable pulling power.

  3. Caterpillars bow profile. The shape reduces stretching and wear of the caterpillars, thus prolonging the life of the machine.

  4. Pivoted upper caterpillars which feature a pipe crushing control system.

  5. Motorized positioning of lower caterpillars that can be adjusted according to the diameter.

  6. Chain conveyors with neutral rubber pads on chains that do no mark the pipe.

HAUL-OFFS FULLAUTO: P/FA SERIES

  1. Synchronization and repositioning. Synchronization between the extruder and the haul-off allows control of the extrusion speed and the repositioning of the caterpillars. The FullAuto haul-off adapts automatically to diameter changes during processing, repositioning the caterpillars to maintain the same extrusion axis. Constant traction is guaranteed during the automatic changeover.

  3. Long caterpillar contact length. The caterpillars ensure a secure grip on the pipe and provide considerable pulling power.

  4. Bow-shaped caterpillars. The shape reduces stretching and wear on the caterpillars, thus prolonging the life of the machine.

  5. Pivoting upper caterpillars with pipe crushing control system.

  6. Motorized lower caterpillars, the position of which can be adjusted according to the pipe diameter.

  7. Chain conveyors with neutral rubber pads that do not mark the pipe.
